Multi-Point Video Conferencing Options
There is one person talking here in full screen. Use this setup when one site is doing most of the talking. The screen will show the person speaking. If your side is not speaking, go ahead and hit the mute button so it's easier to listen.
Here two sides of the conversation are visible at the same time, side by side. This option is great for 2-3 participant locations.
Four sites are visible at the same time on the screen. The screen is 4 equal parts. This setting is great for four to five sites meeting at once.
Now six sites are shown! The main presenter or speaker is in the largest box, while the other five sites show on the bottom and right side. This is best used when participants in the call want to see each other, but still want to be able to focus on the presenter himself or herself.
And here we have the 9 view, which shows 9 equal parts. This is best used for meetings between 8-10 sites.
